 I was striken by it's bold assymetrical 139 meters high two legs pylon.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 

The pylon is a mesh made in Moray 3.5
The deck is made of deck and streetway  elements copied along a spline.
Water is a simple plane with pigment, normal and Fresnel reflection.
Trees are a slightly tweaked Pov-tree birch copied along linear two entries
splines.
Seaguls are mesh and bicubic patches modeled in Moray 3.5
Clouds, well Gilles Tran nicely let me try his new macro thanks a lot Gilles
