This is a winter sunset view of Stonehenge.

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

        Forgive our English !! !:-)

The idea raises from a winter picture of Stonehenge.
We wouldn't reproduce the place in detailed way but
simply give it in a snapshot.
We started by modelling stones with Moray.
Then we put them into the scene so that the prospetic view was
respected.
Stones' material is multilayered texture that get snowed stone effect.
The terrain is a plane on which is applied a bump map texture to
simulate
the footprints and a procedural pigment of granite type.
The litte spotlights are white microsphere randomly spread over the
ground.
The sky too is a plane whith a procedural texture.
The fog effect has been added to raise the misterious atmosphere of the
place.
At last, we have included the Cris Colefax LensEffect to create
        the sun and lens flare.
The picture can be reproduced using the included files, we haven't
included
the file TGA for the bump mapping due to its size (11Mb).
