IMAGE DESCRIPTION:

     View point is about 40 ft. under the surface of some imaginary warm water
ocean about 1 ft
     above the sea floor.
     ( Please keep in mind I live in WI and don't get to the beach much. )

DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED:

     Most of the last month was spent in trying to get a set up that actually
looked
     like it was under water. I finally ended up using, from the top down
        a sky sphere with DarkTurquoise -Turquoise gradient
        a light source
        a plane at y, 40.0 for the sea surface with a heavily textured filtered
color map
        atmosphere ( fog looked ridiculous )
          Sampling_Method=1
          Antialias_Depth=5
          Antialias=On
          Antialias_Threshold=0.1
          Jitter_Amount=0.6
          Jitter=On
        and radiosity
        to achieve an effect that look right. ( although at this point I would
probably think
        the same thing about any thing that looked blue )

      The fish, starfish, most of the kelp and the coral( the colored stuf on
the rocks)  are blobs
      generated by loops.
