DESCRIPTION OF HOW THIS IMAGE WAS CREATED: 
Ok, for this one also, i used Alias,
because ... Yes, DepthOfField and Glow effect is GENERATED by Alias, and you
can notice
that ther is a bug in it : the d-o-f function of Alias is a post-process (like
glows), and it does NOT blur anything in the refractive part of objects...But
ok, it looks good like that :).
I can only say that the effect onto the coussin is a displacement mapping : I
first rendered from top view
(not in glass, of course ;^) then i used Photoshop to design the map...
Then i put a long noise bump map onto the glass shoo, to prevent to have a
"too-pure-nice-glossy" effect, and to be more realistic.
