Four cli programs:
WBOpen     opens the Workbench screen.
WBClose    closes the Workbench screen.
WBToFront  brings the Workbench screen to the front.
WBToBack   sends the Workbench screen to the back.

USE:

I use the FKey Commodity to run the commands like this:

CTRL ALT W         WBOpen
CTRL ALT SHIFT W   WBClose
CTRL ALT F         WBToFront
CTRL ALT B         WBToBack

The FKey commodity has a 'Cycle Screens' command but if there's a few
screens open from other programs, you have to keep on going until you come
to the Workbench.
WBToFront brings the workbench to the front in one go.
WBToBack sends the workbench right to the back in one go.

The programs are also good for use in scripts.
