A CyberSound sound driver which writes the audio stream as 16-bit PCM to a
file.

Created to be able to redirect output of GMPlay to PIPE:.

Installation:

Copy file.driver to DEVS:SoundDrivers/ or GMPlay/SoundDrivers/.
