This programm compresses the reloctable of any executeables, libs, devices
and all codesegments. Started with this version (1.5) of the programm the
hunk will be splitted when it was greater then 64kByte, this makes possible
to convert greater programms too. The idea is very simple, the kickstart 2.0
and higher have a enhanced LoadSeg() funktion (Hunk_reloc32short), this makes
it possible to compress the reloc hunk`s (without modify the programmcode
self !!!).

        (DeluxePaint saves the userdata in this hunk)
