Wget 1.11.4.
* Added 020-060 ssl enabled binary.
* Added non-ssl 000 binary. 
* Documentation files explaining life the universe and everything.

In the case of a missing GG, add 'assign gg: sys:gg/' and 'assign c: sys:gg/bin add' to your user-startup
and copy the content of this archive and openssl/gg;ssl/ there.

This time wget is compiled with gcc 2.95 and thereby improving preformance by 
about 20-30kbps on average.   

Notes:
Configured to use random-file in /etc/randfile and not checking certificates trough /etc/wgetrc.
