      Creates a new BuildActionGroup. The group requires that the selection provided by the view part's selection provider is of type org.eclipse.jface.viewers.IStructuredSelection.

      public BuildActionGroup(IWorkbenchSite site, ISelectionProvider specialSelectionProvider)
      Creates a new BuildActionGroup. The group requires that the selection provided by the given selection provider is of type IStructuredSelection.

      specialSelectionProvider - the selection provider used instead of the sites selection provider.
