Documentation fixes

• CITATION file: modified citation function: citEntry -> bibentry and parameter entry -> bibtype

• cov.W now allows to weight the within-group covariance matrices by the sample size
• Added the data frame Tropheus.IK.coord, a subset of the data frame Tropheus for 6 populations only, with Procrustes aligned coordinates instead of raw coordinates
